Q. I’d like to surprise my fiancé with something sexy on our wedding day. Can you recommend any classy boudoir photographers?

A. Many wedding photographers, such as Erica Velasco, also shoot boudoir photography, which makes a sweet, sexy gift from the bride to the groom on their wedding day. Photo shoots can take place in the bride’s home, but most often they take place in a hotel room, which can offer a variety of backdrops.

Velasco provides some lingerie and accessories, but says that brides really try to personalize their photo sessions to cater to their husband’s likes and desires. “Recently we had a bride who posed in her fiancé’s favorite football team’s jersey,” she says.
