Whitney Solem and Matthew Ampolsky seamlessly blended two families as they said their “I do’s” during a Jewish and Christian wedding at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa. Guests heard readings from First Corinthians during the ceremony and Matthew’s maternal grandfather blessed the challah bread during the reception. “The wedding came together in a warm and emotional way and then turned into a great party,” says mother-of-the-bride Marianne Solem. Marianne designed all of the stationery and included the words of Dr. Seuss on the programs: “You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”
