What is your capacity for receptions? 

With a spacious wide-open feeling and stunning floor to ceiling pool views, our 3,600 sq. ft. glass-walled Pavilion delivers the most space for your special day. Sliding glass walls let in natural light that bounces from the towering 20 ft. cathedral ceiling. The space can be customized into a variety of configurations for groups of up to 200 people.

What is your price range for plated dinners?

$42-$75/person, for plated dinners and buffet style ranges from $58-$65/person.

What is the room rental fee?

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? Or do you allow outside caterers?

We do not allow any outside food, beverage, or staff.

What is your cake-cutting fee?

We do not have a cake cutting fee.

What time do you close?

12 am for a dinner receptions and 3 pm for a lunch receptions

Is there adequate parking available?

We have ample parking available for you and your guests, along with our outstanding concierge service, who are in the know for "all things Scottsdale."  Guests have easy access to attractions like galleries and museums celebrating Arizona"s Native American culture, exciting shopping, outstanding restaurants and exclusive spas, as well as outdoor pursuits like golf, hiking, mountain biking, hot air ballooning and much more. If your guests want to do a little site seeing while in town, our Concierge will take care of everything.         

Do you have a PA system?

Yes, you have access to our top notch PA system, audiovisual equipment and of course our support team - to make sure your day is perfectly sound.

Do you have overnight accommodations available?

Do you have ceremony space?

Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor space for your ceremony.  The Pavilion Patio is an intimate outdoor setting featuring twinkling lights, lush gardens, and poolside views for the perfect romantic setting for your ceremony.
