What is your capacity for receptions?  

Chianciano – up to 100, Firenze – up to 250, Piazza Toscana (outdoor) up to 400,

What is your price range for plated dinners?

Clients are able to rent the Villa A La Carte and hire an independent caterer or purchase a package through Villa Siena.  Package pricing includes venue rental, catering, cake, and open bar and starts at $89 per person.   

For buffet?

Buffet and plated options are available.

What is the room rental fee?  A La Carte venue rental Range $2,700-$11,000.  Pricing based on the night of the week, time of the year and number of guests.

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants?  Or do you allow outside caterers? 

You are not required to purchase a catering package through Villa Siena.   We do allow outside catering.  We do ask clients to select from a list of preferred caterers.

What is your cake-cutting fee?

Included in the package or negotiated with outside caterer.  

What time do you close?

On Friday & Saturday the last song is played at 11 pm, Sun-Thursday 10 pm.

Is there adequate parking available? Yes. plenty!

Do you have a PA system? 

Yes.   Indoor and Outdoor.

Do you have overnight accommodations available? 

Many hotels within 10 minutes, several offering free shuttle service to and from Villa Siena.

Do you have ceremony space? 

Yes, Indoor and Outdoor ceremony venues available.

Is there anything else you would like me to know? 

Villa Siena only allows one event at a time so you will enjoy complete privacy at your event.
