Do you require an appointment to try on dresses?

Appointments are highly recommended to provide the best possible experience. A bridal suite and personal consultant is included in each appointment.

Are on-site alterations available?

Although our historic location does not accommodate an alteration specialist on-site, a list of preferred vendors is provided to each bride.

Do you offer gown preservation?

Uptown Brides are offered steaming, cleaning, and preservation at discounted prices through a contract with a local, professional company.

How long does it typically take from the time you order a dress to the time it arrives?

Depending on the designer, style, color, and size, gowns can arrive as early as 3 weeks or require the typical 5-7 months.
