 We have several beautifully appointed reception venues to consider, both indoors and out. These areas have capacities ranging from 50 guests up to 1000.

What is your price range for plated dinners? For buffet?

Plated Dinners begin at $65++ (plus 8.95% tax and 24% service charge)

Buffet Dinners begin at $85++ (plus 8.95% tax and 24% service charge)

What is the room rental fee?

No Room Rental Fees (Food & Beverage Minimums required)

Am I required to use your food, beverages, and serving attendants? Or do you allow outside caterers?

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess must be the provider of any and all Food & Beverages on property.

Yes, we have plenty of parking available.

Valet parking is $10 per vehicle, and Self Parking is $5 per vehicle

Do you have a PA system?

Yes, services are available from our in house Audio Visual Company

Do you have overnight accommodations available?

Yes – The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess would love to have your guests stay with us on property!
